I got a  question about NOTEBOOK FILEIST and while  answering another question
came up. I didn't check into the problem, I was only speculating but:
  * Given a Confidential LIST
  * for this list NOTEBOOKs are kept
  * NADs have access to NOTEBOOK FILELIST
  ===> this list is not "hidden" from NADs
Right? ... or wrong?
