If I send an email to an individual, and cc: one of my lists that I'm
on, I do not see the original TO: in my headers.  It instead shows only
TO: [log in to unmask]

I've set my list subscriber options to "noack repro subjecthdr" but I
still do not see who the email was originally sent TO:

How do I see the original TO: in my normal headers?
