Hi, a list owner for a rather large list tried to create a banner via
our 1.8b Sun OS Listserv and ended up losing all 1000+ subscribers.
Does Listserv 1.8b support banners?  If so the 1.8b version has
practically no documentation on it (at least not the version of the
documentation that I have).  Where might some info on 1.8b
banner be gained?
