In migrating a local list from Mailer to Listserv I've encountered a
group that routinely posts duplicate messages.  Is there an administrative
way to have the LISTSERV allow duplicates?  My search of the archives
indicates no.
I realize the technical triviality of accomplishing this in the message
itself.  That relief is not immediately available, hence my query.
