Can anyone tell me why  people not subbed to photo-l are getting mail from it?
This person tried to post to it after receiving mail which was then rejected
since he is not on the list. He tried to review, rejected again. Tried
postmaster, no reply. Listowner is R0159 at vmcsm.csuohio.edu which is
returned as unknown host. If sent to csuohio.edu, rejected unknow mailbox,
etc. Nothing seems to work, no replies, etc.

Hello,
We were given a 3d camera a few years ago (made by Nishika). My husband
gets this camera out once in a while and has fun with it, and then
sends off the film to Nishika for the 3d prints.  The problem:  In April,
he sent a roll to them.  By early June, no prints back, so he calls their
phone #.  A recording comes on, "no customer service avail, please send
your questions by letter".  He does this.  Now, we're at the end of July
and no reply.  He calls again, sAme recording.  Calls a Nevada consumer
protection agency,  who tells him to call atty. gen's office. (all long
distance calls).  All he wants is his film back (of course, these are
shots taken at a one-time event, irreplaceable, etc....maybe next time
he'll stick with our good ol'Nikon).
 
Has anyone had similar dealings with this company?
If not, DON'T!!!!!!!!!!
