LSVINIT Gets DMKMSG020E/HCPMXG020E in Line 258

In both my production VM/SP4 system and in our migration VM/XA 2.1 system,
LSVINIT gets error 20 in line 258 of LSVINIT for what, to my casual eye,
appears to be no purpose.  I have ignored this for months, but now that I
am having some (unrelated) trouble with LISTSERV under VM/XA, I thought I
should ask if this is "normal?"
