  The NOTEBOOK  FILELIST is built dynamically  so the entries should  appear in
it if everything is in order. However the last file will get logged as 87-nnnnn
where "nnnnn" is the number defines in the "listname COUNTER" file. If you want
the next  issue to be numbered  5, for example, just  modify "listname COUNTER"
to place  a "4" in line  1 (the counter  gets incremented before being  used --
why not?).  If the file did  not exist, create it  on the same minidisk  as the
list notebooks.
