In addition to the obvious (make sure the environment variables needed under NT
are set to the expected values), double-check the permissions on any files
and/or directories involved.  It's been a LONG time since I've seen a failure
in setting up the web interface that wasn't either a permissions issue or
a variable pointing a file off to the bit bucket....
