I forgot  to mention  that the  tutorial was not  originally meant  to be
released before the  conference :-) The LISTSERV.NET domain  it refers to
has  not  been  set  up  yet  (the  domain  registration  form  was  sent
yesterday). So for  now you should still  use the ...%LISTSERV.BITNET@...
trick.
 
By the  way, I would  like to  thank all the  people who offered  to host
secondary  name service  for LISTSERV.NET.  Princeton were  the first  to
reply, so that is where the secondary will be.
