I'v installed LISTSERV 1.8c on NT, it works fine, but when I click on
"start  the search" button at a search web page I get the following error:

Unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV. Error code was
1385 ("Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested
logon type at this computer.") The server is probably not started,
or too busy to respond.

and in the log (IIS 2.0) I see

Logon Failure:
Reason: The user has not be granted the requisted logon type
                 at this machine.


What can be the problem? Have  I set wrong permissions for some
directories and files.
