There are a number of servers (especially in Brazil) that run with tables
dating  from 93  or even  earlier. The  servers won't  let me  update the
tables and the  maintainers don't answer mail.  Postmaster either doesn't
answer, or is too  long to be a VM userid. There's nothing  much I can do
about it, unfortunately :-(
