There is a weight on the YaleVM-UconnVM of 4.  There is no weight
on the Marist-UconnVM link.  Therefore, Listserv calculates the Marist
node as 1, and the Yale node as 5, making Marist closer.  In addition,
even if the weights were the same, if there was a subcriber at Marist,
the total link trafic on Yale-Uconn would be less by having Marist serve
Uconn as opposed to Yale.
