G'day all

I have a list owner who tried to do a REVIEW of his list.  LISTSERV sent
back the usual 'File "JOKES-L LIST" has been mailed to you under separate
cover' reply but the second email was never received.  At first I thought it
may have been an erorr in the Owner's address he had inserted into the
header.  I tried issuing the same command since, as Site Manager, I can
REVIEW any of our lists.  Same thing happened....no second email with the
results of the REVIEW.

I retrieved the header with a GET and checked it over.  Everything seems
fine.  I then checked the site.cfg to see if there were any anomalies.
Again, everything seems fine.  Can anyone shed some light on this?
