First, you must have a filelist created for that list.
Then you get that filelist with the command:
 
   GET listname FILELIST (CTL
 
Then edit it this filelist by putting the new files name as the
first one in the list and putting dots (.) for the files
characteristics and date time stamp (separate dots with spaces).
Then put the filelist back with the command:
 
LSVPUT listname FILELIST (PUT
 
Then put the file out with the command:
 
LSVPUT filename filetype (PUT
 
Finally, refresh the list with the command:
 
TELL LISTSERV REFRESH listname
 
From then on if/when you update the file you just put it out with the
 
LSVPUT filename filetype (PUT
 
command.
