I don't usually post to this list -  
My question is there anyway to resolve this issue we are having - we keep getting the following error in our maillog 

"dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable"

We have had increase of email not being delivered to users.   

Below is an example of a user on a list not getting the message (this is
from the sendmail log).
