I've written WLV. Currently it is written for EnterpriseWeb, but it
originally was for WEBSHARE, and if you make a few minor mods to WEBSHARE,
it can run most of it also. (For those running VM:Webserver, I
have it setup so it shouldn't be a large amount of work to port there.)
It uses undocumented Listserv interfaces, and I'm not big on writing
documentation, but you can look at http://www.marist.edu/vm/web/wlv.vmarc
for the 2.1 version. It's a personal project, but we're starting to use
it for things here, and I'd welcome suggestions and comments.
(Though being a personal project, when I'm out, I'm out) I've also
started a Owner and Postmaster interface.

It isn't WA (the L-Soft web archive interface).

I've thought about the Catalist, and written some code, but it isn't
really working.
