Hi Ben and Nathan,

I did four tests:

(1) Sent from Thunderbird via Exchange Server to ListServ, it showed
corrected -8000.

(2) Sent from Outlook client via Exchange Sever to ListServ, it showed UTC.

(3) Sent from OWA via Exchange Server to ListServ, it showed UTC.

(4) Sent from Unix Pine to ListServ, it showed corrected -8000 (both
Unix and ListServ used sendmail).

Thank very much for your help. I can tell the faculty the reason.

Shinn
