The company I work for recently purchased another company that is
running Lyris ListManager 4.2 and I have been asked to convert their
lists to our ListServ server running 14.5.  

Never having done this before I was wondering if there were any
utilities that would assist in this conversion or if anyone can provide
any assistance, direction, or ideas for doing this conversion.  There
are 74 lists to convert.

I have only been the ListServer admin for about a year and have not had
to much with it other than minor troubleshooting and creating a few
lists from scratch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
