This is probably not quite the right forum for this question, but I am at
a loss.....
 
When a postmaster becomes non-rational is there a standard method of appeal?
Or is it strictly an institutional matter?   If the latter, does anyone
have the name of the senior adminstrator at the University of Utah?   I
guess those folks must be over-compensating for the self denial of the
Mormons.  Or something.    Dave
