This seems like a nice tool to use.  But how do you run site administrator
and list owner commands.  I believe it has something to do with how you are
logged in to your local system, but how is that when listserv uses your
email address for verification.  I guess my question is, how can I use lcmd
to use admistrator commands?  Are there any other tools available like this?
