We have created about 200 lists for our News Bureau to "target"
communities with "personalized" messages.  Each message may go to as many
as 20 or 30 different lists.

If I put the "*  Loopcheck= Spam-Delay(0)" in each of these lists will
that allow us to mail to all 20 or 30 of them without being labeled a
spammer?
