Note that in the special case of an owner/editor, there may not be an actual
single human name attached to it because it's a role account.  For instance,
we use [log in to unmask] as a generic name (it actually ends up in 3
different people's mailboxes).  So what's the "first/last name" of the
"Dean of the School of Engineering"?
