HPO5 and  XA sites running 1.5o  are invited to  re-read the note I  posted to
LSTSRV-M on  the 20th  of August  about the  new OFFLINE  thresholds facility,
whose  default  settings are  unappropriate  for  sites  running with  >  9999
spoolids in normal production mode. You  must modify LOCAL SYSVARS to redefine
the OFFLINETHR variable  documented in LISTSERV SYSVARS (and  in the aforesaid
note).
