Hello,
 
   I have been told by users in Israel that the IBM7171 LISTSERVers
network think that node BARILAN has a peer server for that list, and
refuse to signup users to the IBM7171 list. Please note that this
is an error. BARILAN is an MVS system and doesn't have any LISTSERV
machine of any kind. IBM7171@BARILAN is *not* a peer; rather, it's
a local redistribution list.
 
   Please make sure that LISTSERVers around know this fact.
