Some near-wizardry, but that won't do it.. Rich's problem is that he has
'MAINT@CLVM' specified in LOCAL SYSVARS, but the NAME is wrong (it still has
me there even though I left a while ago).
 
Where you want to look is in SIGNUP FILE - Find the line for MAINT@CLVM,
take my name off, put Rich's name on...  Hopefully that will do it.
 
As usual, make sure to make a backup of the file, in case my advice was wrong..
