You're not the only  one to have complained about that.  I did sent them,
but apparently  one of  the resulting  DISTRIBUTE jobs  got lost  and the
sites downstream didn't get anything. Sigh.

I sent it  only to the sites  which needed it. If your  LISTSERV died and
logged off, I  didn't send it because  it would come up  fine after being
restarted.
