I'm running LISTSERV 1.8d on NT 4.0 SP3.  What I want to do is prepend a short message to
the subject tag.  I came across something in the docs that shows the command as:

Subject-Tag= some_text

And have specified this on each of my lists.  Unfortunately, it does not appear to work.

Has anyone else come across this?
