Hi, I'm new.  Can anyone tell me how to start my own new list ?
 
    Is there certain software I need or do I get approval for
    an already established listserv organization or perhaps a
    present list "owner" to handle the incoming posts, etc.
    I.E.  How does it all work ??
    I'd rather be the person in charge to receive all the messages
    and post them.
 
    Any input would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
