To all:

I am list owner, editor, and moderator for about 50 listservs on a
server.  All lists are moderated.  Sometimes, messages I approve are
distributed immediately (using LSMTP under Windows 2000
Server).  Sometimes, even though I see the approval conformation
immediately, the approved message is not queued for delivery using LSMTP
until about 30 minutes later.

Any ideas?  Where should I be looking?
