Email his/her postmaster and ask them to enforce their AUPs / TOS against
network abuse?

If you have a mailer e.g., LSMPT, can you filter the incoming or outgoing
response?

Older (or perhaps still a VM-vesion) of LISTSERV allowed a
/FORWARD.  Perhaps this user could be SERVE (on) and /FORWARD to the
bit-bucket?
