In an attempt to reduce the number of files that will be held at FRORS31 while
FRECP11  goes down,  I will  attempt to  remove FRECP11  from the  backbone by
setting the weight  of FRECP11-FRORS31 to 1000. This will  not actually remove
the server from  the backbone, so that DISTRIBUTE jobs  will still be accepted
if they  are received. Also  note that the DDAESA10  server has been  moved to
node ESOC, and that there is a new backbone server at BEARN.
