I found the cause of the 'missing spool file' error.  In LSVINST, a
' diagrc(8,'CP ORD RDR' spid) with rc . ' is issued.  CP returns a
non-zero return code (1677216) even thou the spoolid really exists.
The cuplprit is VM32320 and the fix is UV36357.  Hope this proves
helpfull to others if the fix hasn't been announced on LSTSRV-L already.
