SET them all to NOMAIL and tell them their access will be restored when
their gateway gets fixed. If they find out how to recover access, just
SERVE them off. Even better, if it's one of those gateways that doesn't
go through your mailer but just sends the stuff via RSCS, simply SERVE
the gateway's NJE address OFF. Having the users complain to the gateway
owner is usually much more efficient than having you do it, especially
when they're sitting in the same building and can do some squatting in
his office until he solves the problem :-)
