I have received a request  from another node  that is  running the
Crosswell Mailer 2.07.   It seems that if the number of  RCPT TO's
in a mailing exceed about 600,  it causes problems which result in
lots of lost mail for that posting.  I know I can fix this problem
by changing Mail-Via=  from  DIST  to  DIRECT,  but at the cost of
increased overhead at nodes all along the route.    Is there a way
that I can tell  Listserv  to limit the number of  RCPT TO's  in a
single mail envelope?   If not,  what is the best way  to fix this
peoblem?
