  You must have  an old version of  the info file... On 1.3c  there are several
files: LISTSERV,  LISTOWNR, LISTLINK and POSTMAST  MEMO. Only the first  one is
sent to general users.  What does it tell them that they  should not know? Have
I overlooked something?
 
  Another problem about  expanding the INFO command: there is  no such thing as
"absolute" owner  privs. Apart from  scanning all the lists  to see if  the guy
owns any one of them... which can take  quite a long time... At present all the
memos  except  LISTSERV  MEMO  are  manually  distributed  by  the  postmaster.
