Have you had any thoughts on why this strange thing was happening in
listservs web interface ?

I tried switching the members/subscribers bit in the URL that calls up the
subscribers options bit, but it made no difference.

and the configurations section is reproduced below.

I have replaced my password with the XXXXXX field.
