When you use the 'reply' function, most email clients prepend each line
of the original message text with >, just like the paragraph above.

Use the 'forward' function, not the 'reply' function. This should put
the entire list header into the new message without prepending anything
to each line. Remove everything above the PUT command, make the changes
described in the paragraph above, then send the message to the same
address to which you sent the GET command.
