Quipunet, a non-profit organization registered in Washigton State, is
organizing an Internation Virtual Seminar related with the Kobe-Japan
Earthquake and its lessons.
 
We need to have a mailing list and we are looking for somebody
who could provide us this support. Could your organizations
host a mailing list for this activity?
 
For this activity we are expecting to have about 100 participants,
and the number of mail each day not more than 10 messages. We
would like to have also some facility to archive the mails.
 
Quipunet is related with the Distance Education an is formed mainly
by Peruvians volunteers who are living in USA, Japan, Brasil, etc.
