For  your  information,  my  present conditions  of  employment  make  it
impossible  for me  to  undertake  such major  developments  as Ross  and
Michael are  suggesting. This is not  meant as a flame,  just a statement
that  I'm supposed  to spend  0%  of my  time  on LISTSERV,  and that  my
managers  have committed  between  300 and  350% of  my  time to  various
projects which all have  to be ready by the end of this  month. It was no
problem until the various people in question started claiming their share
of my time (I  don't work 350% of course, but it's a  pain to have people
perpetually  asking  you when  you'll  have  done  this thing  they  were
promised, and it makes it more difficult to work on "other" things).
