So, are we going to name names?  Is this an ISP in the DC/Balt area?  UMD is
just now processing a procurement for our main ISP (Suranet now belongs to
BBN, and they decided they didn't like us free-loading anymore...), are there
any you would like to tell us to avoid? (Not that I get to make the decision).
