Hi,
 
  My LISTSERV does not seem to recognize a valid user as an owner of the
VAL-L list and refuses to accept commands from his userid.  His mail goes
through a VAX gateway, but the headers look okay to me.  Here are the
OWNER statements from the VAL-L LIST header:
 
*  Owner=  Owner(UCFOWN)    UCF list owners
*  Owner=  CDELL@@UMKCVAX1  Valentine Michael Smith
*  Owner=  CDELL@@UMKCVAX1.BITNET  Valentine Michael Smith
*
*
