Hello all, again,

I have persuaded management that trying to change the name that listserv
replies from is not a good idea, so thanks for all the advice.

However I have a new problem now. I am trying to find out whether a single
site can be setup to prevent excessive cross posting. I know this happens on
the backbone system whereby it can detect spam if an article is cross posted
to too many lists. Can this option be set somewhere on an individual
machine. I cannot find a reference to this in either the developers or the
managers guides.

Also I have been asked whether we can set up our own version of catalist, is
this functionality available from listserv itself or was it a totally
separate system developed by LSoft. We were hoping to use it on the local
machine to give uses a nice easy interface to all our lists, other than the
one already provided I mean.
