We have a user who says that the URLs lead to the display of a mail 
message if used on win2k but with XP (SP2) this fails with "locate link 
browser" error (O2003 in both cases).

I see that the URLs are content-id URLS e.g

cid:63850@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM

Does anyone have a list of mail programs that "do the right thing" with 
XP/sp2? (Outlook Express seems to fail as well).
