F-Secure has also released a update to the linux fsav:
fsavser.4.15.4391.bin.gz  [1]
Will serial numbers / unpacking keys be made available for this upgrade as
well?

More importantly, LISTSERV has been dying on me about 3 times a week, in a
manner related to the FSAV functionality.

I am running:
LISTSERV(R) for unix version 1.8e, managed by:

Master nodes file version: 2002-06-19 15:44:07 (VERS9922)
NJE peers file version: 2002-08-26 00:52:04
Internet peers file version: 2002-10-02 01:12:22
Service file version: 2002-06-19 15:44:07 (VERS9922)
Alias file version: 2002-06-19 15:44:07
Virus database version: 2002-10-08 (F-Secure Anti-Virus 4.14)
Running under: Linux 2.4.7-10smp (Redhat 7.2)

on: CPU model: 2-CPU 866MHz Pentium III (501M)

I regularly get errors from FSAV in my listserv.log, but about every other
day
listserv will either spit up one copy of:

5 Oct 2002 21:09:26 >>> Error X'00B00013' running virus scanner <<<
5 Oct 2002 21:09:26  -> Severity: Error
5 Oct 2002 21:09:26  -> Facility: POSIX/unix error codes
5 Oct 2002 21:09:26  -> Abstract: Unspecified error (2) - See errno.h
5 Oct 2002 21:09:26 -> strerror: No such file or directory
5 Oct 2002 21:09:26 -> Removing unwanted MIME message parts...

and die, leaving just the TCP-GUI listener running, or it will loop on
scanning the same message indefinitely, puking up hundreds or thousands of
the above error.

Invariably, the message in question is viral. That doesn't mean I'm any
happier about it killing my server[2].

Has any seen this?
Any ideas? Band-aid[3]s?

[1] which is listed at the bottom of a page that mostly tells the read that
FSAV 4 is outdated and to upgrade to 5 - which only exists for windows
[2] especially when I get paged about it. :(
