Yes, many  sites don't bother to  update BITEARN NODES. No  news (and bad
news in this case). The information  is taken from the ':useradm.' field,
which defaults to the contents  of ':admin.'; for more information, waste
a  couple hours  reading  NEWTAGS DESCRIPT  (available  from the  closest
NETSERV).
