It is not possible  to know why it got served out.  This happens after 11
incorrect commands are  sent to LISTSERV. For some reason  this mailer is
sending mail to LISTSERV which is  not recognized as a delivery error and
gets served out. At  any rate it should not be sending  mail to the lists
at all, but delivering the mail via the registered mailer.
