Cannot ftp OWNER.PS

I tried to ftp the OWNER.PS file from FTP.LSOFT.COM but keep getting
  error 'input line too big' and 'transfer aborted'.
Has anybody transfer the above file successfully, and if so, could you
  let me know the ftp parameters used?  Thanks.
I was able to get NSC93US.PS successfully.
