This graph doesn't  match my observations. The first part  was based on a
handful of servers only, so that's  no surprise. But the figures you give
for the number of sites are very strange:

This suggests  that 13 1.8a sites  left the network with  VERS9312. Well,
that has simply not happened so something must be wrong.

Well, there aren't 356 servers that you could possibly have monitored :-)
Also,  some  of  the  non-NJE servers  are  missing  (INDIA.BGSU.EDU  for
instance).
