I am relatively new to the world of Internet.
I am engaged in EDI standardisation in Holland and Europe.
The committee I am attending would like to start a
discussion group/mailing list/listserver to faclitate
discussions.
 
Does anyone know whether in Holland (or other
European countries) (commercial) service providors exist
that would accomodate such list as a host?
 
Do such service providors normally include the listserver software,
or does the client need to purchase (and maintain) that separately?
 
Can a moderator (discussion leader) be defined, and what are his/hers
privileges and possibilities?
