No, what this situation means is that at some time, that userid@node
combination signed up for some list, and Listserv stored the fullname
information in the SIGNUP FILE files.

This can result in "interesting" behavior in a few situations, like this:

1) Secretary Jill Jones subscribes her userid "[log in to unmask]"
to a list. Listserv records the 'Jill Jones'.

2) Jill leaves, and is replaced by Anita Williams.  She then subscribes
to some OTHER list, and doesn't put her name on the SUB command.

3) Our user services people get called about "WHo is this Anita Williams
and why is her name on my e-mail?"

Happens at least once a month here....
